Dear customer or supplier,

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) becomes effective on 25th May 2018.

In order to comply with the new regulations we would like to let you know what data we hold, how it is stored and how we use it.

In most cases the data we hold is company specific and has no personal identifiers, the basis of holding this information is “Contractual” as we need this information in order to trade with you. During the course of normal business we may have received some personal data from employees within your organisation that we would retain in order to continue an affective working relationship with those individuals, this data would be as follows:

  • Forename(s) and Surname

  • Job Title

  • Telephone number (including mobile number)

  • E-mail address

We take your privacy seriously and will only use this data to administer your account and to provide details or information that you have expressly requested.

We will never disclose, sell or transfer your data to any third party.

If you are happy for us to continue to contact you by phone and email as we currently do, for quotes, invoices, statements, along with occasional news and updates, then you do not need to do anything.
